The general format of Regular Board meetings, unless otherwise noted, is to have an executive session the Wednesday evening prior to the Open meeting when an Executive Session is necessary.
The Open meetings will be held on Thursday, and items that cannot be resolved on Thursday will be carried over to Friday.
