Guidance Memoranda

Guidance memoranda provide direction from the State Board of Education regarding educational issues and the intent of the Board in the implementation of rules and policies. Guidance memoranda provide direction as to the desire of the Board on educational issues. This direction is intended to assist with the implementation of state education policy or the administration of state education programs, and also serve as guidance for the development of future state education policies and initiatives.
