Approval of Grant and Contract Applications
All institutions, agencies and the school shall have policies that ensure that full-time regular employees of institutions, agencies and school are prohibited from being paid as full-time regular employees of another institution, school or agency. Such policies may allow payment for consulting services of employees of another institution, school or agency as long as such services are for short-term consulting engagements as independent contractors and the independent contractor status, scope of work, compensation, and the appropriate tax documentation are set forth in a written agreement.
