The members of the Screening Committee for the University of Idaho Presidential search are pleased to announce that initial interviews of candidates have been completed and campus visits are currently being scheduled.
A number of outstanding candidates were recently interviewed by the Screening Committee comprised of representatives of the faculty, administration, staff, students, alumni, foundation, Board of Regents, legislature, and other stakeholders of the University. From the group interviewed, three candidates will be brought to campus for meetings with the various stakeholder groups.
Campus visits are scheduled for the week of January 19th and will include opportunities to meet the candidates on campus in Moscow, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, and Boise. The names of the finalists and their backgrounds will be released during the week prior to the campus visits.
The members of the Screening Committee are impressed with the number of highly qualified applicants seeking this position and are pleased with the effectiveness of the search process.
