At the April 22, 2005 meeting, the Board tabled a motion to allocate the FY 2006 appropriation, pending additional information regarding how to address legislative intent contained in the appropriation bill for College & Universities (HB 231). The intent language instructed the State Board of Education to begin a process of address funding equity with existing funds.
