BOISE - The State Board of Education will hold a telephone conference meeting June 8 at 10 a.m. MST to discuss revisions to policies concerning the relationship between universities and foundations.

The Board began discussing potential changes to foundation and university operating agreements at the April Board meeting. During the meeting, the Association of Governing Boards (AGB) reported on its recommendations regarding governance issues between the University and the Foundation. During the special board meeting on Wednesday, the Board will review the first reading of the policy changes in preparation for the second reading at is regularly scheduled Board meeting in Moscow June 16 and June 17.
