MOSCOW - Local attorney and former Moscow Mayor Paul Agidius has been reappointed to the State Board of Education.
The reappointment was confirmed by the Idaho State Senate before the Legislature adjourned. Agidius will serve on the Board, who acts as the trustees for Idaho's colleges and universities including the University of Idaho, until 2011. Board members serve for five year terms.
While serving on the Board, Agidius has served as chair of the finance committee and on the University of Idaho presidential selection committee. Agidius was recently elected by Board members to serve as the Board secretary for the next year.
Agidius received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho. He is married to Cindy Agidius, who works in real estate.
