BOISE — New contracts for university football coaches, a presentation on a possible expansion project at the University of Idaho and approval of the sale of bonds for the BSU football stadium project highlight the agenda for the State Board of Education meeting.
Among the agenda items, the Board will consider new contracts for football coaches at Boise State University, Idaho State University and the University of Idaho. The Board will also hear a presentation from the University of Idaho on a possible expansion of the existing extension campus in Sandpoint. The project is in conjunction with the Wild Rose Foundation, a group of Sandpoint area business leaders, and would establish an outreach campus in Bonner County.
The State Board of Education will meet Thursday, February 22, 2007 in the Lookout Room of the Student Union Building on the campus of Boise State University, starting at 8:00am. The meeting is open to the public. The Board will meet in executive session on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 5:00pm.
