BOISE— The Idaho State Board of Education will meet this week in Lewiston. The meeting is scheduled to start at 1pm PDT, Thursday October 11th, in the Williams Conference Center on the campus of Lewis Clark State College. The meeting is expected to last until approximately 8pm PDT on Thursday. The Board will also meet Friday, October 12th from 8am to 11am PDT, if needed.
Included in the Board agenda is an update on the GEAR UP program, recognition of Distinguished Schools and Additional Yearly Progress Schools, an overview of the State’s scholarship programs, and a presentation from Superintendent Tom Luna on the ISAT Science test.
