Higher Education Research Council (HERC)

HERC is responsible for implementing and administering the Board's revised Higher Education Research policy and the grant programs created by it, which are designed to stimulate competitive research at Idaho's institutions.

Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research in Idaho (EPSCoR)

EPSCoR represents a federal-state partnership to enhance the science and engineering research, education, and technology capabilities of states that traditionally have received smaller amounts of federal R&D funds.
