The State Board has adopted the Content Standards, but not the Content Limits. The Content Limits guide test development and are useful to Idaho teachers and from time to time, are adjusted. The content limits will assist teachers in designing instruction at the appropriate cognitive demand. Each standard is code for Cognitive Level.
