The Idaho-Washington Reciprocity Program is a special cooperative effort between Idaho and Washington which permits a limited number of Idaho residents to attend some Washington institutions with a partial or full waiver of non-resident tuition.
The number of students covered by the agreement and the amount waived per student are at the discretion of each participating institution. First priority is given to Idaho residents who are currently enrolled or seeking enrollment in baccalaureate or graduate degree programs not available in Idaho.
The Washington institutions that participate in the exchange program are as follows:

Walla Walla Community College, Office of Admission, 500 Tausick Way, Walla Walla, Washington (509) 527-4283. Walla Walla Community College gives priority to students enrolled in nursing programs at the Clarkston Center.

The Idaho State University-Utah State University Scholarship permits a limited number of Idaho residents to attend Utah State University with a full non-resident tuition waiver. Additionally, the 100 Mile Radius Waiver permits students whose homes are within 100 miles of Utah State University to attend USU with a partial waiver of out-of-state tuition.
