PSR–1 Student Enrollment Report:
The Student Enrollment Report collects unduplicated enrollment data for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. The fall and spring semester enrollment reports shall be prepared from the official institutional registration records as of the tenth (10th) instructional day of each semester. Estimated enrollment data for classes or programs scheduled later in the semester but for which an official registration has not occurred shall not be included, and the enrollment data for these classes or programs shall not be “rolled forward” into the next semester’s report. Data for students officially registered for classes or programs scheduled to start after the tenth instructional day of the semester may be included in the report.

The Yearly Credit Hour Report collects credit hours for the total academic year (starting with summer sessions) by two digit CIP codes subdivided by level. The report represents the yearly academic credit hour production of an institution.

PSR–6.2 Remediation Activity Report
The Remediation Activity Report collects information about the number of students categorized as First-Time First-Year students who graduated from high school within the previous 12 months, all other First-Time First-Year Students, and all other students, and the total number of remedial credits earned by these students per institution. Calculate these remedial credits from 10th day enrollment data for the current school year.
